Practice Lead – Collaboration

Dan joined Block in early 2009 as a Unified Communications consultant and quickly demonstrated his aptitude for leading projects, building client relationships and developing new solutions. His promotion to Collaboration Practice Lead in 2010 was a natural decision for the management team. 

Dan is a fully certified Cisco CCIE voice, which is Cisco's highest level of technical certification. His ability to clearly articulate business solutions to a varied audience and his willingness to go the extra mile for our clients are two of his outstanding qualities. 

Before joining Block he worked for a specialist provider of Unified Communications solutions, designing, delivering and supporting solutions for a range of commercial customers across the UK. 

Leading the Collaboration Practice within Block, he is responsible for voice, unified communications, TelePresence and video technologies.
