To this end, we put a lot of effort into ensuring that all aspects of our business operate to good practice guidelines, as a minimum.
| Quality Management | Our entire operation has been continuously ISO 9001 certified since our second year of being in business, reg. No. 181636 |
| PRINCE 2 | All of our projects are delivered within a PRINCE 2 framework that can be flexibly adapted to suit each customer’s needs without compromising on delivery assurance. |
| ITIL | All of our support and operations staff and systems are ITIL trained. We are proud to have never missed an SLA metric for any customer. |
| Equal Opportunities | We know our success relies on our ability to unlock and develop the talents of our people. We have clearly defined, demanding HR and Equal Opportunities policies to ensure this continues in the future. |
| Environmental Policy | Sustainability is a major concern in all that we do. We operate an internal environmental policy (aiming to be ISO14001 certified by April 2011), and our solutions often include a stated aim to reduce the power consumption and overall footprint of the customer’s infrastructure. |
| Corporate Responsibility | We encourage staff to introduce charitable activities into their work-life balance, either through pro-bono work, fundraising activity or voluntary activities, and provide concrete support through additional leave or fundraising assistance. |
