Services Director

Mark joined Block in August 2009 and is the most recent addition to the senior management team. He brings over 15 years of experience of working in technology infrastructure teams for leading legal, telecoms and finance organisations, and has contributed as architect, project manager and operations manager to lead these organisations through significant change and investment.

Leading the services side of our business he is responsible for the project delivery and post-implementation support functions.

He brings with him an outstanding work ethic that ensures we maintain our ethos of putting the client first. He combines his end-user experience with his education in mathematics and statistics to apply analytical thinking to customer problems: taking nothing for granted, managing risks and dependencies effectively, and delivering the desired result.

These qualities are vital as he continues to ensure that we preserve our reputation for delivering outstanding service.
