Block Solutions achieves Advanced Wireless LAN specialisation
LONDON, UK, 8th January 2007
Block Solutions becomes the first and only UK based Cisco Premier Partner to combine Advanced Wireless LAN and Advanced Security specialisations.
Block Solutions announced today that they have achieved Cisco’s coveted Advanced Wireless LAN specialisation. Having already achieved Advanced Security partner status, this leaves them ahead of the field as the only UK Premier Partner to combine both specialisations (and one of only five UK Premier Partners with Advanced Wireless LAN partner status).
Block is already delivering complex Wireless LAN solutions for their customers: at Guys’ and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT), an organisation employing more than 9,000 personnel, Block is helping to design and deliver a WLAN incorporating over 1,000 access points, supporting RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) asset tracking and Vocera advanced communication requirements.
