Executive Biographies
Jonathan Pickering, Managing Director and co-founder. Jonathan has successfully led the business to become one of the fastest growing Cisco partners in the UK. After obtaining an honours degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, he has gained nearly a decade of experience working within enterprise networking environments, coupled with a successful track record of leading technical functions. He is responsible for setting the business strategy and directing development at Block. Previously he was Senior Network Manager at COLT Telecom with European responsibility. Jonathan is married and lives with his wife and two children in Kent. He enjoys most sports and is a keen golfer.
Marc Chang, Technical Director and co-founder. Marc is responsible for technical development and operations across the business. With a proven track record in architecting large network and security infrastructure solutions, his primary objective is to ensure successful project delivery and lead the technical support function at Block. The ongoing development of Block's technical expertise also falls under his remit. Marc has both a BA degree in Economics and an MSc in the Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics. He has a passion for sport, particularly football.
