When the technical requirements and the complexity of the work demand it, a project manager will be assigned to work as part of a team responsible for delivering the solution. For each customer we pay particular attention to selecting the project manager with the correct blend of skills and experience for the assignment.
All of our project managers are qualified and experienced in using industry standard project methodology and best practice, and have a track record of delivering successful large technical infrastructure projects.
